Process:
The raw materials for the fence panels, including steel wire and steel pipe, are low carbon steel. They are welded together in a full 360° weld. Then, they are placed in a container filled with molten zinc. By dipping, every part of the fence can be coated with zinc to ensure a long life. The hot-dipped galvanized temporary fence ensures a zinc layer of at least 90 microns, which is resistant to high corrosion.
