Description:
Military defensive Hesco barriers are modern welded gabion baskets that can be filled with sand, earth, gravel, aggregate, crushed stone, bricks, and even some fine sediment.
Hesco defensive barriers are widely used for blast protection against rifle bullets, shell fragments, rocket-propelled grenades, especially in countries and regions prone to frequent war riots. It can also be used for urban flood control, hence its alternative name of river sand flood barrier.
Military Hesco barriers provide protection in all military sand security applications, from small arms fire all the way to VBIEDs and artillery. Beacon's military defense barriers are primarily used in homeland security, providing protection of critical infrastructure, including perimeter security, vehicle barriers and inspection access, and temporary or permanent barriers.
